Sugumar Rajamani

General Manager

Sugumar Rajamani is an experienced engineering professional with over 25 years in the energy industry covering area of Petrochemical Refineries, Oil terminals, Upstream-stream and downstream Liquid storage and operating terminals. 

Sugu has been instrumental in establishing both the team and terminal operations at Mina Petroleum SPC in Salalah, Oman. He has played a pivotal role in building a high-performing team and driving operational excellence. Leveraging his extensive background in engineering, project management, execution, and operations, Sugumar has successfully led several key initiatives focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency. In addition to his leadership in operations, Sugu has also driven excellence across Engineering, Maintenance, Procurement, and QHSSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) standards and programs.Sugu holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Master’s degree in Petroleum Management.

Musallam Al Mashani

Government Relations & QHSSE Manager

Musallam Al-Mashani is the Government Relations & QHSSE Manager at Mina Petroleum SPC, with over 20 years of experience in Occupational Health, Safety, Security, Quality, Environment and Marine operations.

He has built a strong partnership across government, security, commercial and port sectors. He is widely recognized for driving compliance, strengthening resilience and promoting sustainable business growth.

Oliver Torres

Operations Manager


Oliver V. Torres is an experienced Operations Manager with over 25 years in the oil and gas industry. At Mina Petroleum SPC, he has been actively involved in terminal projects in Afghanistan and Salalah, Oman, supporting key phases from design through to commissioning. 

He brings in-depth expertise in terminal operations and has held leadership roles across the UAE, Afghanistan, and the Philippines. Oliver holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Management. 

John Rajan

Maintenance Manager


John Rajan Meresh is the Maintenance Manager at Mina Petroleum SPC. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering and a Post Graduate in Thermal Power Plant Engineering.

With over 22 years of experience in the Energy industry , his technical expertise spans from Oil Storage Terminals to coal, lignite, gas and combined cycle power and Desalination Plants.

He has been instrumental in executing innovative and complex improvement projects in a safe and timely manner.

Using his experience in engineering, design and project management.

Jason Nofen

Laboratory & Customer Relation Manager

Jason Nofen supports Mina Petroleum SPC’s operations at DFSP Salalah as the Laboratory Manager and Customer Coordination Manager. With over 15 years of experience in fuel laboratory operations and petroleum logistics, he contributes to maintaining testing accuracy, documentation integrity, and day-to-day coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
 
In his role, Jason helps oversee laboratory activities, assists in upholding compliance with applicable standards, and works to ensure that site procedures remain aligned with current quality expectations. He also supports ongoing updates to the site’s Quality Control Plan and assists in integrating feedback from technical teams and partner organizations.
 
Prior to joining Mina Petroleum, Jason gained valuable experience in both military and international environments. His background has helped him develop a methodical and standards-driven approach to his work.

Jason takes pride in keeping operations organized, accurate, and running smoothly.

Wadia Kuddah

HRA Manager


Wadia is a seasoned Human Resources and Administration Manager with over 15 years of experience driving people-focused initiatives, managing CSR/community programs, and streamlining organizational operations. With a strong background in HR strategy, talent management, and administrative leadership, Wadia has played a key role in shaping efficient workplace cultures that foster productivity, employee engagement, and organizational growth.

Throughout a distinguished 15-year career, Wadia has successfully overseen core functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation. Beyond HR and administration, Wadia has led Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, including educational sponsorships, community support, environmental programs, and employee volunteer engagement—demonstrating a commitment to both organizational success and social impact.
